Q: What is your Return/Exchange policy?

A: Product(s) purchased on CosMedix.com may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. A Return Authorization (RA) form (included with your order) must accompany all returns. Q: Can I buy your peels or professional items?

A: Certain products, such as peels, can only be purchased by licensed skin care professionals. Please use the Professional Locator tool to find a preferred professional in your area who can perform the desired peel or procedure.

Q: Why are some products occasionally not available or on back order?

A: We take the quality of our product very seriously. Our ingredients come from natural derivatives and some ingredients are freshly harvested and/or cold pressed to ensure the freshest, most potent product available. While rare, delays in availability may occur as a result of maintaining this high standard of quality.

Q: What if one of your professional products was used on me by a skin care professional, and I have questions about the treatment they provided or the products they recommended?

A: Please refer all questions to the skin care professional that performed your procedure(s).
