Our standard processing and shipping time is 5–7 business days. If your order doesn’t arrive in 7 business days, you can check its status online or by calling Customer Service at 1.800.676.9522 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

You can retrieve information on a pending order by logging into your CosMedix.com account and clicking on My Account or by calling our Customer Service department at 1.800.676.9522 from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
