Return and Exchange Policy
CosMedix honors a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CosMedix order, simply return the unused portion along with your receipt within 14 days of receiving your orderand we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your product purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other CosMedix products.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via Federal Express or another insured parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5–7 business days to receive before they can be processed. Only products purchased on CosMedix.com will be accepted for return or exchange. Products purchased through a retailer must be returned to the original retailer.

Damaged and Incorrect Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.800.676.9522, or email us at info@cosmedix.com.
In the rare event that the item you receive is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.800.676.9522, or email us as info@cosmedix.com. We will need to complete a brief return form to correct your order and estimate the time of redelivery. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. CosMedix will reimburse the return shipping cost for damaged and incorrect items.
