Hands down my favorite body wash!This product looks feels and smells so luxurious. I love using this body wash. The first thing I really loved about this product is the smell, it reminds me of cucumbers and it just very fresh and clean smelling like you are in a spa. Let me start by saying that I have tried many many products from this line. They are powerful products that are gentle. I haven't, as of yet, run into a product from this line that I haven't liked. I love a good body wash in a pump! This is the first clarifying gel body wash I've tried that didn't dry out my skin. I often want an exfoliating cleanser to use all over in the tub, but most chemical exfoliants aren't usually paired with other ingredients that truly hydrate my skin. This one does both - double-duty! I've also never tried a body wash that featured niacinamide, so this was a first and I'm a fan. As a a beauty retail expert of over eight years and as someone with very sensitive skin I had a pretty great experience with this formula. This cleansers meant to gently cleanse your skin without stripping skin of moisture or leaving behind residue and indeed it does do that. My skin felt so refreshed but I also didn't feel horribly itchy or dry and feeling like I immediately had to put on a moisturizer on nor did I feel like the hydration was over done or feel greasy. The formula is indeed luxurious, it has a delicate natural cucumber fragrance and a rich lather that's helped to even out my skin tone and texture so my skins felt a lot smoother with absolutely no irritation. Unfortunately the container cracked during the shipping process, I tried to pump product into a temp container and the pump stopped working while tons of the amazing product was still in there that I was unable to save so I just felt like I was losing out on liquid gold. Since 2018, I've been devoted to a body wash from Epicuren Discovery because it smells heavenly and foams up really well. Much to my surprise, the Cosmedix Body Clean Clarifying Gel Body Cleanser has become a new favorite, even though I don't like its cucumber scent. Here's why:Squeaky Clean Skin Without the Squeak: I use an exfoliating bath sponge (not a puff) because I like to feel extra clean. When I applied a single pump of this cleanser to the sponge, I was  able to wash my entire upper body and still had lather left over. I do add an extra pump for my legs and another for my back, so in total, I use three pumps of product per shower. The result is very satisfying. Enough lather to satisfy my need for bubbles and smooth, clean skin.Not Wild About the Scent: This is a personal preference thing, but I generally dislike the smell of cucumber. I realize this is a common scent in spas, but I just don't want my shower to smell like something savory. As we transition into a new season here in the Midwest, I switch up my products to align with the season. Fall/Winter brings in very dry skin, we take hotter showers which also dry the skin. The Cosmedix Body Clean gel cleanser has amazing ingredients to help soften and calm dry winter skin. It has Niacinamide to help smooth the look of fine lines in the skin.
