Let me just say I really enjoy the COSMEDIX skincare products but with that being said I'm not a big fan of face masks. So they once you apply the face mask and wait it feels okay but after the time the instructions say to rub in the remaining product this is where my issue comes in. It seems as if the product just sits on your face after it drys it's almost as if you still have the face mask on. When it comes to skin care I'm really weird I want it to feel like I have nothing on I normally do a couple steps in my skincare routine because I don't like my skin to feel heavy I want it to feel hydrated but like I'm wearing nothing at all. Although this product did leave my skin feeling soft I just couldn't get over the feeling that I needed to wash my face. These masks are so hydrating!! As a makeup artist for over a decade, I have used so many masks and Cosmedix has really out done themselves with these masks! Always be sure to cleanse the skin before applying a mask for the best results, bonus is you have Cosmedix Crystal Cleanser or Exfoliating cleanser to really help the skin shed away any impurities. Remove the plastic that is on the sheet masks and lay the mask on. Although it recommends 15 minutes , I honestly leave on the mask until I feel like it's almost dried up.this mask is the first time I felt like it has really contoured my face nicely without making any kind of adjustments. Also, has very little scent but really hydrates the skin! It contains 4 face masks, 2 are energizing and 2 are hydrating. The hydrating face mask honestly has to be my favorite. It contains Damask Rose which helps with dullness of the skin and hydration. Not to mention, it also has anti inflammatory properties as well. The mask itself has extra serum in it so even after sitting for 15-20 minutes on your skin, there's still leftover product to rub into your face and neck. Don't forget the neck!!! lol the mask itself is really cool it's like a somewhat gel type of texture. I must say this does stick to my face better than other face masks. The energize face mask has Vitamin C properties which help energize and brighten the face. This mask is good as well since I do see a brighter complexion after using this product. If you incorporate this with your skincare routine, I feel like you can see a really good difference. Overall, these masks are great to hydrate, plump, and brighten up the skin. I am a licensed aesthetician and skin care enthusiast. I love a good sheet mask, and this one really did benefit my skin. What I really loved about the sheet mask was just how soothing and hydrating it was. My skin has been on the dryer side these days and this mask instantly provided so much intense hydration and moisture to my skin. My skin felt so soft and supple afterwards, and I felt like I didn't even need to apply moisturizer after using this mask. That's how hydrated my skin was, I was absolutely blown away. My only drawback from this sheet mask was it was pretty small. There was no room to kind of stretch the mask at all to fit lower down on your neck. It was a pretty small mask in terms of the perimeter of how large it was, so if you have a larger face, not sure how much surface area you could cover. I also didn't like how this mask had a lot of trouble actually sticking to my face.
