I am oily, very acne prone and tend to break out occasionally. The unfortunate part is that every time I break out, I'm left with a dark spot/blemish. Because of that, I been working on trying to prevent acne + fade the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

I have texted this product out for 2 weeks, and used it 3 times (once the first week, and twice the second week). The product was small in size. For the price ($85), I would have expected I to be more than 15ml. One pump was not sufficient for a pea size, and I ended up having to do 1.5 to 2 pumps. It had a mild medicinal smell. It had a very gel like liquid consistency, and it was yellow in appearance. It was very lightweight and hydrating. It absorbed VERY quickly. It has a strong astringent smell. I only used a pea size and applied to my cleansed face at night 2x a week. It does tingle so be sure not to put it too close to the eyes or lips. The fourth item was the Refine Plus High Potency Refinishing Treatment Peel. This should only be used at night and 2 to 3 times a week. I made the mistake of forgetting I used it the night before and I used it again the second night now. It made me have a reaction to it. I didn't get red I just know when I went to put on the toner the next day and my face was on fire. I then realized that I used it the night before and they warn you to not use it two days in a row. After a couple of days of not using any of that product my face felt better and I started it again making sure not to use the peel but 1 or 2 times a week. My face looked and felt better and no more stinging. It was my issue and no fault on the brand. Just know that sensitive skin people need to be extra careful when using the peel. My face never peeled or became red through any of that and it still felt very smooth and hydrated. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a hydrated, smooth face and clear pores.
