Q: WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH A QUESTION?

For product related questions, you may submit your question under our “Q&A” section on each product page. A licensed COSMEDIX skincare professional will answer your question within 2-3 days.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: Product(s) purchased on cosmedix.com may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are returning a bundle, all items must be returned together in order to receive a refund. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@cosmedix.com or by phone at 1.800.676.9522 to initiate your return prior to sending back your product. Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Visit cosmedix.com/shipping-and-returns for shipping times for each method. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track your orders by logging into your account and clicking here, view the order you would like to track and selecting the "shipments" tab.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
A: At this time we only ship to US addresses.
Q: CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE ON AN ORDER?
A: We only accept one promo code per order.
Q: IF I AM A LICENSED SKIN CARE PROFESSIONAL INTERESTED IN DISTRIBUTING PRODUCT(S) IN MY PRACTICE, WHO DO I CONTACT?

Q: CAN I BUY YOUR PEELS OR PROFESSIONAL ITEMS?
A: Certain products, such as peels, can only be purchased by licensed skin care professionals. Please use the Store Locator to find a licensed professional in your area who can perform the desired peel or procedure
Q: WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS OCCASIONALLY NOT AVAILABLE OR ON BACK ORDER?
A: We make every attempt to ensure products sold on cosmedix.com are in stock at all times. If an item is labeled temporarily out of stock, we expect to have the item back in stock in the near future. Please enter your email address to be notified of any stock updates on the product page.
Q: WHAT IF ONE OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS WAS USED ON ME BY A SKIN CARE PROFESSIONAL, AND I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TREATMENT THEY PROVIDED OR THE PRODUCTS THEY RECOMMENDED?
A: Individual experiences may differ based on skin type. We ask that you please refer all post-treatment questions to the skincare professional that performed your procedure(s).
