COSMEDIX Return & Refund Policy

RMA Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

To request an RMA within 30 days of receiving your order, email customerservice@cosmedix.com or via chat with your order number and the items you wish to return.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Policy: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received and may be returned if no more than 30% of the product has been used.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.


Where to Purchase

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.cosmedix.com. If you purchased COSMEDIX through a spa, skincare professional, or an authorized retail partner, please contact them directly for their return or exchange policy.


How to Start a Return

  1. Request RMA: Email customerservice@cosmedix.com within 30 days to obtain your RMA and instructions.

  2. Ship To (after RMA approval):

  3. Include RMA: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and include it inside the box.

Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • COSMEDIX will cover return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact customerservice@cosmedix.com immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with more than 30% used

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / sale items (where indicated)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to submit a return request as above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.


European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, with 30% or less of the product used, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Please request an RMA before sending any item back.


Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected and confirm if it’s approved.

  • If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, contact customerservice@cosmedix.com.


Fraud Prevention

COSMEDIX reserves the right to deny returns that:

  • Do not meet our policy requirements,

  • Are sent without an RMA, or

  • Appear to be fraudulent or abusive of our return policy.
