As a retinoid-dominated formula that offers an exceptional age-defying effect for people with any skin type, this PM serum adds optimal moisture to the skin, in addition to a clinical Retinoid treatment. 

The hero ingredient is 16% LG-Retinex, a proprietary Microencapsulated Retinol Complex exclusive to Cosmedix. This encapsulation technology wraps both Retinol and Retinal in a protective delivery system that releases actives gradually onto the skin, reducing the risk of reactivity while maintaining the efficacy that Retinoids are known for.

Since the actives are gradually released, the skin has time to react and absorb. Naturally, there are no cases of high reactivity from applying Serum 16 so far. The microencapsulated formula works gradually to make the skin free from fine lines within weeks.

Serum 16 also packs in Sodium Hyaluronate, which works alongside the Retinoid complex to replenish moisture at the skin's surface, visibly plumping fine lines and softening the complexion's overall texture.
